Gift Cards purchased online are only to be used online.

Exchanges are made through online, and if an online credit is issued it is only valid online. 

Gift Cards Purchased instore are only for instore purchases.

We will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date.

Items must be back to our shipping department by the 14th day. 

ALL sales final on SALE ITEMS, Jewelry and Accessories. (including purses, makeup bags etc) ALL SALES FINAL ON SEASONAL ITEMS. Should you need a different size please place a new order.  

No shipping charges will be credited.

All shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Online Credit ONLY no refunds. Once a credit is issued you will receive a code via email and it can be used on any purchase online.

Must be returned in original condition, unworn, no makeup stains, no perfume, no smoke smell, or altered in any way. Shoes must be put in a package not mailed via the shoe box!

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Returns that are sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee and will be returned to you. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped by the customer. Please include, Name, Order Number, E- Mail, and Reason for return. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

If you feel something is defective please contact us within 3 business days so we can get you taken care of. We will not accept items back after this time frame its considered wear and tear. If you feel you received the incorrect order by mistake please contact us within 3 business days to send return label, if it is not shipped within 5 business days of receiving return label you will be charged for the item.
